I found Aimee whilst searching for a PT who visits your home as I am wheelchair bound. With Aimee's experience and expertise she has developed a fun and varied programme for me. We train together once a week and in between our sessions I follow the workouts that she has constructed for me. Since working together I have lost weight and I feel much fitter. I would highly recommend contacting Aimee. She definitely knows what she is doing.
Last year my husband and I booked some personal training sessions with Aimée, she makes all the sessions fun, I was amazed how quickly I noticed my fitness and strength improving I also attended her boot camp class which is brilliant and suitable for everyone no matter what level of fitness you are. Aimée is encouraging and with you all the way, she inspired me to start running , I completed C25K and ran a 5K charity race. If you want to get fit I would highly recommend Aimée.
At 50 I decided to do a half marathon. Aimée ran with me once a week at Virginia Water constantly give me advice and encouragement. She came up with a training plan and also a nutrition programme. 8 weeks later I completed the poppy half marathon. I then went onto complete the Edinburgh full marathon and numerous other half's. I have completed the Spartan OCR (obstacle course race) Sprint 8km, super 15km and the beast 20km. We trained at Bedfont lakes for these where there are training apparatus around the course and recently completed a 10k and a half on the same weekend, but my claim to fame is the South Coast 100km 24 hour ultra challenge. I train with Aimée once a week and go to the boot camp. I can't recommend Aimée enough, she has amazing patience and whether we're running or resistance training she motivates and pushes me but always makes it fun.
Aimee is without a doubt the best personal trainer I have ever had! Every weeks workout is different and works every muscle group. She keeps me motivated which; trust me, is a mission in itself! I would have no problem recommending Aimee to anyone who wants an excellent, fun workout. She's a top lady!
After struggling for years with my weight and fitness, and having tried and failed to stick to various "fad" diets, I found Aimee's Lizard Fitness Boot Camp on Facebook and decided to give it a go. I received a warm welcome from Aimee and we were soon talking about what I wanted to achieve. I signed up for one-to-one sessions with her and in just over 6 months, I have managed to say a permanent goodbye to 3.5 stone and complete two 5Ks and an Obstacle Course Race. Added onto that, my whole perspective with regard to exercise and nutrition has been completely changed by Aimee - she actually managed to make it fun! I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
I have always been quiet skinny but never really knew how to gain weight in a structured way. I saw Aimee advertise her 12 week training program to gain muscle and lose fat and it is incredible! I am currently in week 6 and I am happy to say I have gained 4KG and notice a general change in my fitness and look. Aimee is always willing to answer any questions I have in regards to the program. I also attend her boot camp every Tuesday which is a great work out and it is made fun as she changes it every week. Would highly recommend!
